Default Templates and Text help please.

Sounds like you need a protected form? For general information on protected
forms (or "online" forms as Microsoft likes to call them), see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...nTheBlanks.htm. The article, as
well as the linked articles, may not be updated for Word 2007 (if that is
the version you are using), but you can access the options for protected
forms via the Developer tab.

You may also find the following article helpful:
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm (see item 2 "On Line Form").

Hi folks, another stupid question lol. Am trying to figure how to make a
template that has a different font from the heading. ie.

Item Namehere would be the item name in a different font).
Notesmore text in a different font).

Both the headings would remain unchangeable with the user only being able
to
input text in the bracketed areas.
