Default Ctrl arrow left key no longer jumps entire word?

Something, maybe an add-in, has disabled the shortcut. To put it back,
use the procedure in
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Custom...roToHotkey.htm
to reassign the Ctrl+Left shortcut to the WordLeft command.
