Default Word "Citation" function should include DOI entry for new APA styl

When creating a new bibliographical reference in the "Manage Sources"
function under the Reference part of the ribbon, there should be an entry
field for DOI as is the new requirement by APA 6th Ed.

If you can't wait till Microsoft fixes this issue, you could do it yourself.
