Hello-
I have a client that would like to default all documents to have the 'Use Balloons' option set under ToolsOptionsTrack Changes in Word 2003. I have attempted to set it and save the normal.dot, but it keeps resetting to 'Never'. Is there a way to set this permanently? Thanks, Garrett |

Try this: Make sure there is only one document open in Word. Choose the
setting for "Use balloons" that you want. Click OK. Then exit and restart Word. This should ensure that the setting is correctly written to the registry.
