Dear Graham Mayor,
In my excel sheet i have following fields: Account No, File No, 1st Name, 1st Name Address, 2nd Name, 2nd Name Address, 3rd Name, 3rd Name Address... and so on... All these fields are in each record i.e. one field. My Letter templates are as follows: P1: Account No./File No. 1st Name 1st Name Address P2: Account No./File No. 2nd Name 2nd Name Address P3: Account No./File No. 3rd Name 3rd Name Address However some fields in excel are empty, like sometime 2nd Name and 2nd Name address is Blank or like wise. Can u help with some coding to make entire page empty if one field on the said page is empty, like: P1: Account No./File No. 1st Name 1st Name Address P2: P3: Account No./File No. 3rd Name 3rd Name Address i tried skipif n nextif but that miss out fields in record, so that is not working. Please need your help its urgent |
