Default How to get rid of Word 2007 automatic startup?

I've tried to remove the startup command from msconfig, regedit and even
uninstal and reinstall the whole Office Enterprise 2007. But it always comes
back. Is there a way to permanently remove the Word 2007 from being startup
automatically every time I turn on my PC?

Thanks in advance

If there is a shortcut to winword.exe in your Windows startup folder,
remove the shortcut. Office 2007 Enterprise Edition is legitimately
available only to volume-license customers, so you should talk to your
company's computer support staff if you have problems with it.

Startup folder is completely empty because I turn off all the startup
programs from msconfig. I am the company admin and have no idea why the Word
always automatically open at machine startup. Not finding any virus if I scan
both using Windows Defender and Norton IS 2007.
