Default How do I create a JPEG Image from a Microsoft Word file?

Screen capture.

Press Alt+F9 to copy the current window as a picture onto the clipboard.
Open the Pain accessory program and paste, then save as a .jpg file.

Or get a dedicated screen capture program, such as SnagIt from
www.techsmith.com.
