Default creating templates

Hi, I'm trying to create a template to include text and images where all I
have to do is edit highlighted areas..dates,addresses etc, or swap images,
the finished template is to resemble something like the property details that
estate agents hand out, any help would be greatly appreciated!

This sort of template is one where I find MacroButton NoMacro fields useful.
