Word Times New Roman 14 pt
Only this point size (14) in TNR cuts off the tops of the letters. All other
pt sizes print just fine. |

Oops - meant TNR 12 cuts off. If this makes any difference.

Word Times New Roman 14 pt
Check your spacing between lines. It's probably set for something like
