Default Word Times New Roman 14 pt

Only this point size (14) in TNR cuts off the tops of the letters. All other
pt sizes print just fine.

Oops - meant TNR 12 cuts off. If this makes any difference.

Default Word Times New Roman 14 pt

Check your spacing between lines. It's probably set for something like
exactly 10 pts.
