allow colors to be assigned to a reviewer when tracking change
Or, what I find worse, is that it assigns the same colors for each reviewer!
(I'm seeing this with Word 2002, where several reviewer's comments are shown in red). "nrhaisen" wrote: It would be useful to be able to do this in the Track Changes area in other Office products. Currently, the application selects the reviewer colors - and often ends up with a color that is illegible (light gold) even when printed. "sengle" wrote: This feature would be especially helpful when many individuals are collaborating on the creating a document (via Share Point), so everyone would know his/her color when reviewing/printing. Now the colors change every time the document is opened. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
