How do I fix the Normal.dot problem when the fix is already done
The system is continuously asking if I want to save the Normal.dot setting
even when I haven't changed anything. I upgraded to Office 2003 Professional Edition recently and have started having all kinds of weird things happen. Word will not allow me to change directories when saving documents and I don't dare think of searching directories for another document once Word is open - it locks up and then shuts down. The computer is a stand alone, running Windows XP Professional. RAM is 1 G and speed is 3.06Ghz. |
