Problem with Heading Rows Repeat in a table
Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently split the table? A manual page
break would cause that to happen. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Eric" wrote in message ... In Word 2003, I've got a multi-page table. I've designated the first row as a heading row, to repeat on each page. It worked for awhile, but has stopped working and I don't know why or how to fix it. The table includes merged cells, and in one case I've included a nested table within a cell. I've tried several things as a test: I've tried deleting the nested table, then selecting the main table and copying to a blank document. I've tried deleting some rows. I've also tried deleting multiple rows at the beginning. But no luck so far in getting the Heading Rows Repeat to work again. One further anomaly: the heading row has a footnote to it, but the footnote has stopped appearing. If I split the table between the first row and the remainder of the table, the footnote does appear. Any suggestions? Thanks. |
