type a greeting letter in english & translated to spanish
....Or Select the Google'd text and then do Edit-Copy from the menu.
Go into Word and do Edit-Paste. I'd re-iterate the warnings other have mentioned though that Google (and any other automatic translator) rarely does a good job.
