how to add correct description name when entering item # in quote
Helloi - I often have to write quotes using item numbers along with the
description of them. As these descriptions are often very long to type is there a way that i could shorten that task up? For instance when typing say .. xma32105G (item number in gold) how can i then add the description to it without having to retype it every time? Thank you kindly for support. Joanne |

You can store each number and its description together as an AutoText
entry. See: Using AutoText http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoText.htm -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Joanne" wrote in message ...
