How one can select and copy only the text with the defided(chosen) format ?

First make sure that the "Keep track of formatting" option is enabled in the
Options dialog box (of Word 2003 or later). Then you can right-click the
entry in the Styles and Formatting pane and, from the context menu, choose
to Select All n Instance(s). Copy and paste as usual.
