i want to give u a suggestion that everyone who posted his question must be
answered by you too microsoft. so in this way we have more trust on the

You can get Microsoft to answer your questions - but you're going to pay BIG
bucks for that service. We are volunteers. We do the best we can. And believe
me, if a poster came out and said he wouldn't trust our answer as much as a
'Softie, several of us would not reply.
