Yes, but they're both accessed from the same menu command. The default is to
Merge with options available if you click the arrow on the right edge of the Merge button. In order to 'Compare' you need to check the box for Legal Blackline in the Merge/Compare dialog- the Merge button becomes the Compare button. More info is available in Word Help.
