Default My 'Add to Dictionary' is turned off how do i turn it on?

Go to Tools | Options | Spelling & Grammar and click "Custom
Dictionaries..." In the Custom Dictionaries dialog, select CUSTOM.DIC (which
should be selected as the default) and click Modify... Make sure that the
language is set to "All languages."
