Default how do I Suppress the header and footer

I am in a keyboarding class and are working on unbound report I am in
Baker college and we are working out of the book Keyboarding & Word
Processing. And it says to Suppress the header and footer and I don't know
how to do it.

I was thinking that it may mean the hidden header issue or just that they
shouldn't be viewing the header and footer. I still think asking the teacher
is the best option. (It amazes me how many adults won't ask an instructor a
question when they're paying for instruction. I figure I've paid for that
teacher's information and if I didn't get enough, I need to ask for enough
info to understand the subject.)
