problem with newsletter
I know there may be a very simple answer to this, but I am going nuts. I
do my library club's newsletter, and not surprisingly, I type it up Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4. However, I wanted to cut and paste it into a template of 17 x 11 with Page 4 + Page 1, Page 2 + 3. Whenever I paste, the formatting changes all around, and makes me nuts. Any advice would be gratefully appreciated! -- Regards, P D Sterling Dallas TX |

problem with newsletter
Set it up as a "booklet" using the "Book fold" setting under "Multiple
pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup, and Word will handle the page layout for you (you'll still see the pages in numerical order, but Word will print them in the needed order). -- Suzanne S.
