Supressing in a table
Is it possible to suppress in a table that consists of 3 columns and 1 row?
For example, in Col 1, we have several conditional statements for the mailmerge and similar statements in Col 3 which reflects dollar amounts (Col 2 is blank). Ideally, we want to suppress the entire "visual" line if the subject is n/a or $0. So if someone is not getting a salary increase, we want to completely remove it. For example, right now it is: Current Salary: $XX,XXX Salary Increase Amt: $X,XXX New Salary: $XX,XXX Bonus: $X,XXX Total Comp: $XX,XXX But if there is not salary increase we want the table to reflect: Current Salary: $XX,XXX New Salary: $XX,XXX Bonus: $X,XXX Total Comp: $XX,XXX Is this something we need to break into several rows in order to suppress correctly? |
