I open a certain document frequently, but it takes a long time between
clicking on the file and actually seeing the document.

One "slow point" is the "Requesting virus scan..." that occurs every time
the document (and every other Word document) is opened. Is Word doing this,
and if so, how do you turn it off?

Or is this something my Norton Internet Security is doing?
