Default Word2007...Where is the Print Icon

I'm looking for the icon to print a document. There is a Quick print icon
where you print one copy. You can click Print View and then print any number
of copies. Is that the only way to print multiple copies or print specific
pages.
Thank you

The Quick Print icon isn't on the ribbon, but you can add it to the Quick
Access Toolbar.

Go to Office button Word Options Customize. Set the category dropdown to
Commands Not in the Ribbon. Select the Quick Print icon and click the Add
button.

As an alternative, you can set the catgory dropdown to Office Menu, select
the Preview And Print icon, and add that. On the Quick Access Toolbar, if
you click the icon itself you get the Print dialog; if you click the arrow
to its right, you can choose Print, Quick Print, or Print Preview.

The Print dialog is the only place you can specify individual pages. It may
also be the only place to specify number of copies, although you might be
able to do that through Start Settings Printers & Faxes select your
printer Properties (that dialog depends on the installed printer driver).

Hi Jay,
I guess you confirmed my original question. I already have the Quick Print
and the Print Preview icon. This is all we get now. Right? No icon for the
Printer as we have had in the previous Word versions.
Thank you

Hi PestoCat,

Ummm, no. g If you use Office Button=Print= and right click on the 'Print' command in that next dialog you can add that one to
the Quick Access Toolbar as well.
