I have a document with tracking turned on. When the reviewers get finished
with the comments, how do we collapse them all so no more changes show up? I want to collapse all the changes made by our Board of Directors then start with another round of tracking to show just this round of changes by the members. Thanks for the help. RR |

Hi RR,
Simply accept all the current changes. If you need a record of them, make a backup copy of the document first. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "RR" wrote in message ...
