I am working with a Terminal 2003 server.
Running:
Citrix Presentation Server
Office 2003
I found something strange with WORD and have not been able resolve. What is
happening: all our company startup templates are loading twice. Meaning
there are duplicates of all of our custom menus and tool bars when MS WORD
starts up.

I removed the templates, loaded a fresh normal, and they disappear and ran a
word repair. Copied good known copies of the templates, and duplicates still
appear.

However, the minute I add just ONE (any one of the custom) template, back to
the startup menu, it gets duplicated.

Any thoughts on what could be causing this considering the environment I am
working in?
