Default HOW DO I CREATE PREDETERMINED DATA ENTRY POSITIONS/WORD

Does anyone know how to put predetermined positions in a document so that I
can advance through the document to the next data entry point?

You could create a protected form - see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and
especially the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
or
Use Macrobutton fields as place markers -
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm
or
Create a Userform to gather your data and insert it as required in the
document. For the basics, see Word MVP FAQ - Userforms
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms.htm

for a more in depth explanation, see
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Create_and...a_UserForm.htm
