On the task bar I have Voice Insertion command. When I click that over some
text a word balloon with a package in it appears instead of the speaker sound oject that allows the you to make a recording. If you click on the package it says activate or convert it. If you click "convert" it says this is like a permanent action. It also says you need a program "package" to make the a voice insertion. All I need is that little sound object to appear. There's also this other menu that appears that says browse for the document that you are creating. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thank you. Jean |
