I have a document originaly created in Word 2003 and want to turn off the
animation on selected words from it in 2007? |

The option isn't available in the dialog, but you can change it in the macro editor. Press Alt+F11 to open the editor, and press Ctrl+G to open the Immediate window at the bottom of the editor.
