Default Making Smart Art text boxes of uniform size

I have adjusted the left-side text boxes in each of these three rows, in the
attached screenshot: http://img216.imageshack.us/img216/4910/48834083.jpg

Now what I want to do is make the three left-side text boxes of the same
size. I looked in the right-click Format Shape option, but didn't see any
way to make these text boxes the same size. I did see options to adjust the
margins for these text boxes, but they are already the same, so I'm not sure
that doing that would matter. Again--I want all three dark blue boxes to be
the same size.

Have you tried the Reset Graphic button on the SmartArt Tools Design tab?

Thanks again for replying, Stefan. OK I did try that button, but what
happened is that the graphics would go to the original width. I do want them
much more narrow, so I can get the text in the right sides, larger without
having to blow the whole thing up and making it go over a single page. I
want the left-side graphics smaller than default, but still all the same
size (as the other left-side graphics).

Sorry, I can't find a way to set an exact width. :-(

I have found that the right-click "reset shape" option does the same thing
(as the one you suggested). I looked at simply placing a ruler on the top of
the UI, but that is harder for me to size up with the lower two rows. I
inserted gridlines, the best option yet so far, because the gridlines run
all the way up and down, but one of the issues there is that when you adjust
the graphics in smart art, you don't get a "live preview", in terms of the
location of the shape--you can move the shape to a certain width, but when
you let up on the cursor, the shape moves to a location slightly different
from where it was when you had the cursor on it. Sorry if I'm being hard to
understand...

I completely forgot about gridlines. They do come in handy at times.
