You can make much better graphs in Excel.

However, you'll find it's cheaper and far less time consuming to buy
preprinted graph paper.

14 to the inch sounds like counted cross stitch design. There are several
online sites that will create graph paper for you. Use Google or Bing -
you'll find one that suits your needs.
