We are using Word 2007 on some forms with protect document enforced to
restrict users to fill in the form. I've added Microsoft Office signature lines to the form to record digital signatures. While users are filling out the form, they can not double click the signature line to open the sign dialog when the form is in protected mode. They can click the Office Button - Prepare - View Certificates to open the Signatures pane, highlight the signature and click Sign but that's a cumbersome workaround compared to a double click. When the form is not protected, users can double click the signature line. Is there a way to make the signature line clickable in protected mode? |
