Default how do I place arrows pointing up into text?

I need th place 2 upward pointing arrows, which sit on the same line as the
text, but between 2 words. the intent is to report that something is rising.

The Wingdings 3 font is nothing but arrows; perhaps you can find what you
need there.

Try the Unicode character 2191 Alt-x. (Leave out the "" and "".)
