Default Envelops

I must say that I have never had as much trouble printing a simple envelop as
I have with Word 2007.

I use it all the time for standard No10 envelops and that option work fine,
but as soon as I need to use a custom size evrything goes to hell!

I set my size to 6.75"x4.75" and press print, and I only get the tail end of
the address. I test it on a 8.5"x11" paper and find out that it is printing
the envelop at the end of the 11" page????? What is the point of a custom
option if it is still expecting an 11" piece of paper.

No more time to waste fighting with this. What should be simple is a a
disgusting mess!!!

I am really starting to see why people migrate away from MS products. I
ended up setup up my envelops in FrameMaker in 5 minutes and it actually
worked! Go figure.

It is amazing how MS can get so many things rights, and yet get so many
things wrongs at the same time.

Seriously frustrated!

Were you using the Envelope dialog or a custom size ordinary document? If
the former, did you select the diagram that illustrated correct envelope
feed for your printer?
