I built a Word 2000 template file and posted it to a shared folder where I

I have noticed recently that the TOC entries have disappeared- when I try to
update the field, it only goes for TOC Level 3 (H3). The TOC that was built
into the template when I posted it to the server had four levels!

What's really strange is that not all users have this problem! For some of
them the TOC updates just fine. Does anyone know what causes this?
