I create a planning calendar each year for our staff.
It is very colourful and contains lots of clipart. When you set up the initial calendar using the calendar wizard the text is very large, there are no lines etc. etc. I cannot hightlight every page and make my changes once, I have found I have to go page by page (month by month) and change the font size, then add the gridlines, then increase the margins to make use of the whole page, then distribute rows and columns evenly. Then I go to the next page and repeat all the steps. This is a) time consuming and b) difficult to create uniform pages which is the goal when you are setting this up and having it bound and used for the year. Can anyone please help me with these set up issues if they can be done all at once that would be wonderful. Thank you for your time. -- Thanks, Pat |
