Hello,
Is there an easy way to put the same few lines into 3 different documents that are formatted differently (same document, but different paper size in each case). The brute force method has been to just copy and paste each line into the respective position of each document. It seems that there would be some kind of way of automating this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |

If the text to be inserted never needs to be updated, then I
guess an AutoText entry would be the easiest solution. -- Stefan Blom "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote in message ... Or create an AutoText entry. -- Suzanne S. If an AutoText field is used, the entry can be updated.
