I have the same question - using Word 2000. At the Format menu, under Style,
it has a selection to 'List' either Styles in Use, All Styles, User Defined Styles. I select "All Styles", but the drop down option is no different than it was before. It seems like everytime I do one of the updates, things change (for the worse) like this. How to REALLY list all styles in the drop down? Thank you. ![]() "tjtjjtjt" wrote: What version of Word are you using? In Word 2002 or later, show the Styles and Formatting Task Pane. There should be an option for Show: Pick the Custom Option and alter it as necessary. In Word 2000, I seem to recall there is a similar Show: option, but it is located in the Format Menu in the Styles Choice. tj "Davidgz" wrote: How do I remove selections from the style drop down list within the format toolbar. I want to limit what the user sees and can select within a template. I don't know where that list is configured. |
