Customising Word (Office student and teacher edition 2003) I accidentally
dragged "Insert" off the menu bar. Tried reinstalling, tried uninstalling then reinstalling... still no "Insert". How do you get it back?? |

Right-click any menu. Select Customize. On the Toolbars tab select Menu Bar.
Click Reset. These settings are saved in normal.dot, which, if already present, is left untouched when you reinstall. Deleting normal.dot would fix it to, but you'd lose all your other customizations, etc "kiwipete" wrote in message ...
