Default How do I edit in the autotexts?

autotext are hidden in "normal.dot" but can they be accessed in any way.
?
if I make my own salutation, eg. my name, how can I insert it as a
button under the submenu "signatures" in the autotext menu?

You need to insert the text in a document and format it with the Salutation
style, then press Alt+F3 and assign a name for the AutoText entry.

See http://www.word.mvps.org/faqs/custom...n/AutoText.htm for more.

An AutoText entry in the Salutation style will show up on the Salutation
submenu. If you want it on the Signature submenu, it needs to be in
Signature style.
