How do I sort my merged data alphabetically WITHIN each merged record... ie:
Mr Smith has ordered 10 items, Mrs Smith has ordered 3 items - they each need letters, and the items ordered need to show alphabetically in the letter. |

I would suggest that you use an Access Report. It is far easier to do this
