view comments only in Balloon, not formatting
In the ToolsTrack ChangesUse Balloons menu, I can select either Never,
Always or Only for Comments/ Formatting. Can i have balloons to only show Comments? When I print with the Comments balloons, the document will auto-shrink to accomm the comments in the A4 layout (my default layout). Can I have the comments at the bottom of the document, similar to Footnotes, instead of in the margins? |
