When I print multiple pages, the first is always on the bottom instead of on
top. How can I reset that? Thanks. Jean |

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print | uncheck the "Reverse print order"
box | OK. "Jean" wrote: When I print multiple pages, the first is always on the bottom instead of on top. How can I reset that? Thanks. Jean |

....and if this is the case for all documents you print, make the settings
change in your printer preferences settings, rather than just from Word. Choose Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes and open your default printer. Choose Printer - Printing Preferences from the menu (actually, the menu/command sequence often varies by printer). For my printer, the Reverse Order option is in Page Setup in the Printing Preferences dialog box. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. http://www.herbtyson.com "Jean" wrote in message ...
