I am in an office and have a b&w laserjet set as my default printer. Whenever
I [print word docs that have excel charts in them to the color printer, they come out in black and white. I have discovered that if I change my default printer to be the color printer it works fine. This is not limited to one machine. I have XP Pro and Office 2003 and I have reloaded all of the drivers. Any ideas appreciated. |

Hi Jess-
If you have a _linked_ XL file, Word is simply displaying that content in the doc. The Linked Object, itself, has its' own print specs which have to be set for the color printer.
