I've just started playing with forms at work. We use a calendar (table) to
show who's working what hours in each of our doctor's offices. We create a base schedule and then send it to the coordinators for them to make any changes that are taking place that month. I've learned that these women (who are really very nice) *really* don't know how to put tabs inside of cells. They booger up my formatting every time. I spent hours getting those schedules set up. I've decided to create a form so they only thing they can change are the hours an employee works. Is there a way that I can "force" them to use a different color font? Outside of seeing spaces instead of tab marks, I'd like to be able to look at the schedule and know immediately where the changes are. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] |
