I seem to be having a problem whereby only one copy of a document will print
irrelevant of how many are set in the printing properties. We need to print 500 copies, one at a time will take a while. I have tried recreating the document and saving it under another name. I have tried using a different computer on the network. . . all locations and versions of the file give me the same result, only one copy will print. ANy ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

Ok i have tried all suggestions in the article and corresponding articles
linked. None of them seem to work. A little more detail on the printer may be of help - it is an HP Laserjet 4200 using the PCL6 DRivers version 60.3.14.2 Strangely enough extending the document to 2 pages does enable me to print multiple copies and although it gets round the problem it is not ideal as some poor so and so has to sit and pull all the blank pages out of the batch of 500 printed. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If your 4200 has a duplexing unit, set it for double-sided printing - that
will solve the blank page problem. -- Ted |
