Hi all. Hope someone can help me with this problem i have. I try to insert
scrolling text in a word document but get the error message This object was
created in MARQUEE. This program is not available to open the object. check
that the program is properly installed(translation)

In Windows XP Service Pack 2, the Marquee and other web tools are disabled
because they're security risks. There is no workaround or replacement
available from Microsoft. You may be able to get similar tools from
third-party suppliers.
