I updated from Office 2000 to Office XP Professional and the page numbers in
my reports in the footer have gone strange. They used to show 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc, now they show 1 of 4, 0 of 4 etc. If I try to change one of the pages then they all change to that page number I typed in and wont follow sequence. What to do please. |

Hi Spence
This might help: Page numbers display as 0 http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumber0.htm And, make sure you have updated XP with all the service packs. You can download them from http://office.microsoft.com. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly. Microsoft MVP. http://www.shaunakelly.com/word "Spence W" Spence wrote in message ...
