it be nice to turn off markings for certain changes individually
among them a - changed field values, e.g. when inserting a new heading N then evrything below gets renumbered and marked as changed, seeing all those chages is in most cases just obstructive - changes in whitespace like empty lines/paragraphs - highlighting changes maybe config. could be handled by right clicking on the balloon and have an option to ignore this type of change and then have a list in the options tab with all not shown changes ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
