Quick question... I'm doing a mail merge from Excel for currency amounts.
When the data merges, I can get it formated to currency and to 2 decimal places. The one piece that is outstanding, is when there is only 1 number after the decimal point, instead of adding a 0, it does not show 2 characters. so... if the amount is $340.20 what it's bringing up is: $340.2 I'm thinking there must be a formating parameter that I'm missing??? Appreciate any ideas you might have - thanks in advance for your help! -- Cindy B |
