I have Office 2k3 sp2. Outlook is running and using word editor to create or
reply email. This means that if I open a word document then close out word, word is still running in the background. So, my problem is when I try to print to a secondary printer the next time I print it will go to the secondary printer and not the default. How do you change this so it will go to the default printer as A DEFAULT instead of having to go back and select the default. |

The simplest way to handle multiple printers is to always set the default
printer and print to the secondary printers using macro code. The method is shown at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org adoys wrote: I have Office 2k3 sp2.
